These are our terms and conditions. Please read them with care.

Alpaca Select, aim to dispatch goods in stock within 24 hours of receiving your order. Due to the high demand at this time of year it is advised to place orders as soon as possible as they are processed on a first come first served basis. You will receive an email confirming your order, dispatch date and total amount to be charged on your credit card. Any out of stock orders will be completed within 28 days from receipt of order. All products will remain the property of Alpaca Select, until full and final payment has been received. Please be aware that all goods advertised on this website are charged in GBP UK POUNDS. For customers outside the UK your bank will convert the payment into your currency at the exchange rate at that time. Your bank may make an additional charge for this. Postal orders by cheque are accepted to our address,

Cheques are only accepted in GBP UK POUNDS and must be made payable to Alpaca Select. Any payment by Non-

cheque must include the equivalent of £10.00 GBP to cover the cost of Bank exchange charges. If calculating the order yourself, please remember to add postage. We reserve the right to change prices or discount offers at any time and without notice. Size and shade of colour can vary on some items.

Delivery Charges, UK, Royal Mail / Registered / Recorded £3.65 up to 0.75Kg. Europe, Royal Mail / Registered / Recorded £6.62 up to 0.75Kg. USA & The Rest Of The World, Royal Mail / Registered / Recorded £6.99 up to 0.3Kg. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT FOR ORDERS OVER 0.75 KG THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO COVER THE COST OF POSTAGE AND PACKAGING.

The maximum shipping time from the UK is 28 days but as above, we aim to dispatch all orders from stock the NEXT WORKING DAY. But please note that due to high demand certain goods can take approx 4 weeks. Please remember that all goods come from South America.

RETURNS POLICY Any items returned under our 100% guarantee policy must not have been worn or damaged. This must be within 7 days from your order being delivered by Royal Mail. You may be subjected to a shipping charge. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Act of UK. We have a return policy that is easy and fast. If you need to return an order you must e-mail us first at sales@alpacaselect.co.uk we will then send you a returns number. All items must have a returns number or goods will be returned to sender. This does not affect your statutory rights. Which credit cards are accepted? We accept most major credit and debit cards eg Mastercard, Visa, Electron, Delta, JCB, Switch & Solo, all on our 100% safe server. We also accept telephone orders Postal Orders and cheques to our address on our contact page.

DISPUTES Any complaints should be e-mailed to sales@alpacaselect.co.uk We will endeavour to respond to any complaints within 24 hours.
