Delivery Charges,
The maximum shipping time from the
RETURNS POLICY Any items returned under our 100% guarantee policy must not have been worn or damaged. This must be within 7 days from your order being delivered by Royal Mail. You may be subjected to a shipping charge. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Act of UK. We have a return policy that is easy and fast. If you need to return an order you must e-mail us first at sales@alpacaselect.co.uk we will then send you a returns number. All items must have a returns number or goods will be returned to sender. This does not affect your statutory rights. Which credit cards are accepted? We accept most major credit and debit cards eg Mastercard, Visa, Electron, Delta, JCB, Switch & Solo, all on our 100% safe server. We also accept telephone orders Postal Orders and cheques to our address on our contact page.
DISPUTES Any complaints should be e-mailed to sales@alpacaselect.co.uk We will endeavour to respond to any complaints within 24 hours.
